LPWAN is a small consumer of the large NB-Fi network Range

The NB-Fi network is designed specifically for IoT and M2M applications, network topology in the form of a star. Automated smart devices communicate with base stations in a wide range. All customer data collected from base stations is processed on the server and displayed on their IoT Cloud platforms.

TYPES OF NETWORKS

WAVIoT provides services of three different types of IoT networks. They differ from each other in the width of the range, capacity, manner of solving problems, appropriate equipment and terms of use

Public network

Wide public network is the best for a large number of easily adjustable IoT and M2M applications within a region or country.

  • The most powerful full-duplex base station with sectoral Antenyes provides superior coverage in a 30 km radius in the open.
  • More than 2 000 000 smart devices per base station provide high and adequate capacity.
  • Controlled by a network operator.
  • A Cloud server sponsored by a network operator.
  • Complied with the conditions of the WAVIoT license.

Private network

A private network is used for one or more local IoT solutions within a city area.

  • The most powerful (full-duplex) base station with sectoral antenes that provide the best coverage within a 10-kilometer radius in the urban environment.
  • More than 2 000 000 smart devices per base station provide high and adequate capacity.
  • Controlled by the WAVIoT.
  • A Cloud server sponsored by WAVIoT.
  • A Cloud-wide platform available all over the world.
  • Provided under subscription terms based on the quantity of smart devices.

Economical Application

The infrastructure for IoT solutions and a large number of M2M applications do not have to cost much. The NB-Fi network is designed to satisfy the low price of the deployment request and for maintenance.

Distant Range

Providing the largest range of communication in the LPWAN market, the NB-Fi network becomes a very efficient network ready to cover really large areas. At this point, the NB-Fi connection has a range of 10km in the urban environment, up to 30 kilometres in the open. Higher coverage means a smaller number of stations necessary to cover the given area, lower deployment and lower maintenance expenses.

Low energy consumption

WAVIoT Radio modules achieve far-reaching network connectivity through frequencies ranging from about 50 mA. The rest of the time, the system reaches only a few Μa. This results in low maintenance costs.

Coordination

Provides high-level protection, multiple monitoring levels, and network protocol management. Most applications require more than one base station that provides service coverage in a wide area or multiple installations. On the side of maintenance, there is solid integration between servers and junction stations, the frequency can be coordinated through multiple access points. Maintenance is insured with encryption (encryption) of two-way data from the end point through the complete data system. Encryption and the main data sharing can be controlled through the entire network.

Easy use

Allows integration within the HW sensor and data/IT integration. WAVIoT allows you to easily download M2M application over the Internet. Integration is simple with pre-configured radio modules, software solutions ready for use and strong base stations.
