Base stations

IoT base stations are used for placing both public and private network LPWA in the open or in certain urban areas. WAVIoT base stations provide exceptional characteristics of communication range-more than 10 km in a very urban environment and 30 km in the province. They enable building of really wide network with only a few base stations and thereby maintaining total infrastructure and maintenance costs at lower levels.

IOT INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORK

WAVIoT base Stations use DR Transceers intended for IoT applications and low-energy far-reaching networks. A certain WAVIoT base station feature is a high capacity that allows more than 2 000 000 smart IoT devices and sensors to be served during the day. The SDR approach processes signals that are transmitted through various LPWAN protocols, such as Laura, Sigfox and UNB (other related technologies can be demodulated). WAVIoT base stations can be used primarily for the implementation of a wireless sensor network in IoT applications that provide wireless connectivity to high-distance projects such as smart Accounting, smart networks, or smart agriculture.

NB-Fi Base Station

WAVIoT NB-300 base station is a powerful IoT based high performance station based on our custom FPGA processing technology that is able to simultaneously process up to 5000 channels in 2.5 MHz base range. Base stations can function independently or be connected to the network, providing a private or public NB-Fi zone with a network covering any size of a small home block across cities and countries. Thanks to a lot of sensitivity, the antenna has a larger range of signals, it takes a smaller number of base stations to cover a particular area. This makes the WAVIoT solution more economical, increases the speed of implementation and reduces the cost of infrastructure maintenance. The base station is easily installed on any roof or tower without special preparation, only AC power and Internet connection (Ethernet/3G/LTE) are needed.
